go out find a slezzy slum lord , wuth a cracker jack apartment etc, and you wil get around it, the, shower knobs will fal of the roofwill leak, and when you find the so called landlord of your sleezy run downe cracker jack apartment if you need something fixedd good luck the landlord will tel you see ya!! be back next week, and collect your cash on the first of the month and say see ya next week!! good luck now etc!!
I depends on where you live, eg Northeast, look for a family home instead of a apartment complex. Although Home owners landlords are now looking at credit
I had a 482 fico score, so I had really bad credit due identity theft and I had to file Bankruptcy.
The way I found a great apartment, is I drove around the neighborhood I wanted to live in, and applied to each one and explain the reason for the bad credit. It worked for me, and I have a great apartment.
If you have bad credit due to your own negligence, then I would go with the sleazy slum lord…
