repossession

Does being past 30 days on your car payment mean that they can come and repo it the next day? Or is it longer, like 60 or 90 days?

You’d need to check with your lender for that information not the law. All lenders are different, but most repo’s I’ve heard of where when no payment had been received in 3 months or 90 days. However, I have heard of repos when no payment had been made in 2 months or 60 days. Check with the lender as to their policy on repos.
