What should I do, save many 3 or 4 months to prove that I can pay for it, or is there anything I can do to clear it up, if not how long does it take to come off your credit report ?? Thanks guys !!!!!

CURRENT JOB affects decision more than money saved, although regardless of your credit rating, you may need 1st month’s, last months and 1 month security deposit just to move in (3 times the monthly rent). Repo might be on there for 7-10 yrs
Repo is on your credit for 7 years.
Bankruptcy is on for 10 years.
You have to understand many people that live in apts do so because they cant qualify for a house, or they just went through a foreclosure. Depending on your other credit, I dont see a repo as being a major issue.
My friend just had a Divorce, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Repo. He moved to Utah. Once he got a job thats all they cared about. He had to put down a security deposit, and first months rent.
He was approved at every single place he went too. With the same terms. I would just call around. They see this everyday, its not like buying a home, its pretty easy to get an apt.
2 of the places had the first months free so he only had to do the security deposit at those places, but he found something he liked better. So he had to pay the first month. Just call around its not going to be as difficult as you think it is.
