I know someone whose car is up for repossession. They deserve to be turned in and I want to know how to go about that. Any advice?

If you know which bank financed the car, or which repo company is looking for it, you can call them.
What makes you think they don’t know where the person and the car is ?
Unless you know they are “hiding” from the bank/repo agent, you aren’t likely to tell them anything they don’t already know.
You would need the name of the finance company.
I say you go about your own business -.-
Don’t stick your nose were it does not belong.
Call the local repossession companies and ask if they are looking for it. If you know who financed it, you can call them and give them an anonymous tip. Even if they are not looking for it, they will usually note the account with the info you give them. They will even call you back if you leave them your name and number. (If the car is up for repo and you find the right company, they will usually give you a finder’s fee.
