Can they sue you for auto repossession deficiancy if your only income is social security benefits ?

Ok i guess the question is, Will they take the social sec. income to pay the debt .

Yes, they can sue. The question is whether or not they can execute the judgement and garnish or seize your social secuirty benefits. The answer to that is probably no. But they will sue and continue to protect their interest until the balance is paid in full. Why shouldn’t they?

Unless you seek bankruptcy protection from creditors, they can sue.

If your only income is SS,the only things it can be garnished for is child support,school loans and the IRS. However,if you have any money in a bank account that was not gotten from SS,it is fair game. If you have a joint bank account,that also is fair game.
They can sue you and get a judgment against you,but can’t take your SS check or the money in your bank account if that is your only income.
