My neighbor got foreclosed and cannot rent an apartment for his wife and kids. Rejected on bad credit. They are appealing but the national apt. conglomerates wont rent to them. Is that your idea of fair? That is hard hearted. Is that what you want for them? You must be so righteous and missing a heart. I think it stinks.

it is sad..
but it would be a big mess….trying to figure out who had bad credit because of the housing market…and who has bad credit because they are bad with money…
I know a couple who just went threw the same thing…best thing they can do is get a co signer so they can rent a home for now… or even appeal to the land lord themselves and see if they are willing to take a chance on them. My family owns properties and have often taken chances on people when they have plead their case for help.
And yet not a dime of the 7billion is going to the good folks that needs it the most. Instead its going to wall street boys and their companies.
We should let our congressmen know how we feel.
