Are there any legal repercussions? Also, is there a standard amount of days that you are given to get all of your stuff moved out, or do you just have all of your possessions inside the apartment seized?

You could be arrested for trespassing.
You are arrested for trespassing and breaking and entering.
You will get some jail time. Is it worth it.
You are without a doubt trespassing. Most likely breaking and entering. How bad do you want to be a guest of the county you live in? Since you are a squatter you have no rights.You have no time to get your stuff out and most likely it will end up in the trash when you are caught. Its a matter of when ,not if.
