How much trouble would one get into if caught breaking into a foreclosed apartment building?

ok so,
me and my friends did not break the door down or use and raw power in any way i just picked the dead lock but it kinda got around to the freshman so they have parties in there and trow all their beers in a box and there is one wall that is kicked in but thats it. whats the worst and least consequence, btw the building is still under construction just doesn’t have furniture in it and thats it and its chicago police we are talking about
im only 16 hahaha

trespassing, or burglary depending on how they treat if, If you messed anything up, probably felony vandalism too.

If someone witnessed it and would testify against you, you would get about a $40,000 bail set, so it would be $4,000 you’d have to pay a bail bondsman or go to jail for 2 to 3 months waiting for your trial

burglary and vandalism, felonies, probably 6-8 months in county jail and huge fine.

Don’t worry, with good time you might be out in 4 months, party on.

Chicago police? Just pay them off, or pay the fine, which ever is cheaper.
