i have to keep the walls white and the rug is a light brown i need some help do it does not look so ugly its only 650sqft

Baskets on the walls and mirrors on opposing walls will enhance the apartment. Bakets can be found cheaply at yard sales and flea markets. Also on freecycle.org They come in an array of colors and are nice to look at because they come in different shapes and sizes
Get a 5 x 8 Rug to tie your furniture to the carpet - you can get at Walmart for between $40 to $80. Get some throws to cover sofa or love seat. Get some inexpensive, solid color fabric, and make full length Drapes. With white walls and beige carpet you get to use your favorite colors (that make YOU happy) as accent colors and accessories which you can cheaply change out when either you get bored of them or when seasons change or whatever.

Look to nature…live or dried grasses, flowers and plants can do a lot. Try Goodwill, Salvation Army and garage sales for other things ( think outside the box ). Have fun.
Most apartments wont let you paint…..so add wall drapes to give your apartment color…….You can get bolts of fabrics at discount prices —-You can either cover canvases with the fabric or sheer it around the room on strips of wood that you can easily take down when it is time to move. Mirrors and plants ALWAYS make a big improvement
