Okay here it is, my Mom was living in property owned by my uncle. The property was a fixer upper, so he wouldnt had a chance renting it out to other than family. She missed payments here and there for rent and soon after the property got foreclosed.She is now looking for an apartment. So the question is how can I help my Mom to get on track without crippling her, Her credit is not in very good shape, and I am a newly wed in no position to take her in.
