i bought a car from a local used car dealer 7 years ago with my father as cosigner! After one year i traded back to them for another one and after another year i traded it back for another one… Personal issues arrose between me and father he took the truck back and we stopped makin the payments becuz we gave it back to them! they are now trying to sue for $6,000 after they already sold the truck for $1000. what do i do? what can they do?
