i am asking this question because me and my girlfriend found an apartment for 500 dollars a month.the apartment not include utilities though and cable. then she told me there is a house for sale for 110,000 dollars with a mortgage of 435 dollars a month and it has propane heat. i really do not know and with what i have about 500,000 dollars in my accounts. she told me that it is cheaper to rent than buy.any help would be appreciated and which is a good cough medicine to get?
