A female friend of mine’s apartment complex apparently has gone into foreclosure & the landlord seems not surprisingly to have disappeared so what might happen now to the residents? After all it’s not there faults the complex failed.

Does anyone know of any monthly rental apartment complex chains?

For example, Warren Properties is an apartment chain that has locations all over and offers monthly rentals. I need the name of a few other such chains as im relocating and cant find a convenient location with Warren properties. Any help is appreciated.
