What should I expect for pay in solid waste sales?

I’m interviewing for a sales job with a solid waste removal and management company in a large city. They offer compactor and container rental. I will be selling the service to shopping centers, restaurants, manufacturing, apartments, construction, office buildings, etc.

What is the industry standard for pay? How much should I ask for base?
