Can i be forced to sell my share of an apartment building?

I own one third of an apartment building with two other partners. We all own equal shares of 1/3. If one of the partners decides they want out of the partnership, can they force the sale of the property?

You and your partner can buy him out or he can sell his share to someone else. He cannot force a complete sale of the building unless your partnership papers allow that.
