nice apartment in dongguan (1/2 hour from guangzhou) is around 1million yuan (180,000 aus, 140,000 ish usa)
u only buy for 55 years though. it’s often the same of cheaper to rent in china
Guangzhou and Foshan will be more expensive for not as nice.
