I live with my boyfriend, and as he owns his own apartment I pay him a weekly rent. We split bills such as electricity/gas/water evenly, as well as food costs. However, seeing as it is his apartment, should I be paying half of the strata and rates fees as well, or is this his responsibility as the owner of the land/apartment?
