Yes there is. Some renters will not even look at history seeing it as a revenge type of thing and others will require a larger security deposit. Most will do the security deposit thing but you must offer it to them and tell them that you are trying to make good for past mistakes. Go to them with your hat in your hand so to speak and explain your situation. Best of luck to you!
