It’s always nice to help your neighbors, but swapping electric bills with a neighbor who owes much more than you do goes a bit too far. That’s exactly what a tenant renting a condo in Orlando, Florida was inadvertently doing for over two years. A meter mix-up led to the tenant getting mistakenly charged for the higher electricity consumption of another condo in the building that was nearly twice the size, according to WFTV Orlando
